COMMENTS

Nearly 30 years after the albums first release Photograph was finally re-issued as a two CD set that included 14 previously unreleased tracks, recorded during the Photograph sessions. This second disc includes alternate versions and outtakes of key Photograph tracks, plus previously unreleased originals and cover versions. One of the highlights of this re-issue package must surely be the stunning 10 minute version of Groundhog Day, which includes the Great Mantra poem.

Unfinished Business is perhaps better know as Leftover Emotions, a version of which was later included on Victim Of The Moon/Crazy Love.

The Whamp Bhomp Song is an earlier version of Natural Man, which first appeared on Silver Anniversary.

Love To Live Again is a re-working of Love To Lose Again from Madrugada.

Here We Go Again and Remember Me Good had previously only been available as live versions. Here We Go Again on the On Air CD and Remember Me Good on the very rare Melanie In Concert transcription disc, both from BBC recordings.

Miranda appeared on Ballroom Streets but the version here is an earlier studio recording.

Ruby Tuesday is, of course, a re-recording but Jukebox Magazine and Over The Rainbow both get their first ever release on this CD.
